Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end post production activities, managing team structure, creative vision, technical pipelines, schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Deliver direct creative and technical oversight in editing, motion design, color grading, audio, and visual effects to maintain exceptional output quality from initial cut to final delivery.
- Develop efficient, scalable workflows using Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, Google Workspace, and digital asset management platforms.
- Integrate new technologies such as remote collaboration systems, Unreal Engine, and real-time production tools to improve team performance and project outcomes.
- Supervise internal editors, motion artists, and freelance talent; manage hiring, onboarding, and external creative partnerships while cultivating a reliable network of specialists.
- Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Interactive departments to define project parameters, align on timelines, and embed post production early in the development cycle.
- Act as primary post production contact for clients on major initiatives; present drafts, incorporate feedback, and guarantee timely, brand-compliant delivery.
- Monitor advancements in post production methods and tools; advocate for adoption of innovative practices to maintain competitive edge.
- Explore opportunities to expand the scope and recognition of the Post department within the organization and externally.
