Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the complete digital growth pipeline, from initial awareness to final conversion
- Direct paid marketing initiatives on Meta platforms, TikTok, and Amazon Ads
- Evaluate growth metrics and develop actionable dashboards focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV
- Design, test, and expand marketing campaigns in coordination with creative, eCommerce, and product departments
- Supervise operations on Shopify and Amazon Seller Central to strengthen direct-to-consumer and third-party marketplace sales
- Discover and target new customer groups and potential market entry points
- Lead and develop a small team of media buyers, data analysts, and marketing specialists
- Implement A/B testing across advertising assets, landing pages, and user pathways
- Investigate emerging customer acquisition and retention channels to support scalable growth
