Strategic Marketing Leadership
Design and manage the quarterly marketing calendar, integrating demand generation across digital channels, account-based marketing (ABM), paid and organic campaigns, webinars, roundtables, and content syndication—fully adapted to the Japanese market. Develop 1:1 and 1:few engagement strategies for strategic accounts, combining personalized content, executive experiences, and opportunity acceleration tactics.
Events, Partnerships & Customer Advocacy
- Lead event strategy by leveraging major industry conferences (e.g., AWS Summits, Google Cloud events, Gartner) and designing high-impact local programs, including executive briefings and customer-hosted events.

Establish modern marketing operations: implement forecasting, lead handoff processes, attribution models, and ROI reporting. Conduct regular pipeline reviews with sales and ensure SLAs are met.
