Commvault is hiring a Field Marketing Manager – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

About the Role

Shape marketing strategy and execution across Saudi Arabia by leading localized campaigns that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth. As the primary marketing lead for the region, you will design and manage integrated programs tailored to government, public sector, enterprise, and financial services audiences, aligning closely with national priorities such as Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that supports regional business goals and adapts to the unique dynamics of the Saudi market.
  • Generate demand through scalable initiatives including digital campaigns, webinars, virtual events, email marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Represent marketing at industry events such as LEAP and government-focused exhibitions to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales cycles and target account strategies.
  • Design and execute joint marketing programs with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to expand reach and co-sell opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with cloud providers, SaaS ecosystems, and government-aligned partners to support ecosystem growth.
  • Use Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Power BI to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to regional leadership and sales stakeholders, demonstrating marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent globally while reflecting local cultural and regulatory expectations.
  • Share market intelligence and best practices with regional and global teams to enhance collective effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven background in B2B marketing within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data management sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s IT procurement landscape, including public and private sector buying behaviors.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies within the Kingdom.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, social media, content localization, and ABM execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.

Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid model based in Riyadh, combining remote work with regular in-office collaboration and attendance at offsite meetings, events, and partner locations. You will work across time zones and with cross-functional teams to deliver region-specific impact.
