About the Role

The role involves leading delivery and operations functions to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality service execution. The individual will shape strategy, manage performance, and drive improvements across delivery systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and improvement of operational workflows
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery performance
  • Align operations strategy with business growth goals
  • Oversee team productivity and service quality metrics
  • Develop key performance indicators for delivery teams
  • Ensure consistent execution across delivery cycles
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements
  • Coordinate between technical and client-facing units
  • Drive standardization of operational procedures
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Monitor service level agreements and delivery timelines
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and feedback loops
  • Manage risk in delivery operations
  • Optimize use of delivery tools and technology platforms
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Lead onboarding and training for delivery staff
  • Evaluate vendor and partner performance
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies
  • Report on delivery KPIs to executive leadership
  • Guide crisis response and service recovery protocols
  • Implement scalable delivery frameworks
  • Maintain documentation of operational standards
  • Support budget planning for operations
  • Lead change management during operational transitions

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in business or operations
