Remote was looking for a Head of Corporate Sales

Lola Blankets is seeking a strategic Head of Corporate Sales to lead, manage, and develop our entire Corporate Sales function. In this role, you will design and implement the sales plan to ensure profitable growth across all revenue streams while leading and developing a team of Corporate Account Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and performance-manage the Corporate Account Manager team to deliver sales targets and high performance.
  • Recruit high-caliber individuals and develop team competence, ensuring the correct skills and knowledge are maintained.
  • Own the health, safety, and well-being of all team members.
  • Execute short, mid, and long-term planning to deliver ambitious growth aligned with business strategy.
  • Achieve key performance measures, including Order Intake, account turnover, profit development, and truck parc growth.
  • Develop and deliver sales activity to meet strategic cross-selling objectives (e.g., Racking, VNA/Auto-VNA, AGVs).
  • Design and implement customer strategies (retain, grow, win) to hit sales targets across the account portfolio.
  • Proactively understand customer and prospect requirements.
  • Support national and pan-European sales initiatives.
  • Manage and control all revenues and costs for the business function.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven Senior Manager with specific B2B sales experience.
  • Direct capital or finance sales experience and a history of target achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong managerial and presentation skills, with the ability to sell the business model.
  • IT literate, specifically with SAP and MS Excel.
  • Evidence of prior leadership experience and excellent business knowledge of the MHE market.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a full, valid driving license.

Nice to Have

  • A degree, preferably in Finance or Business.
