Responsibilities
- Design and manage a full-cycle outbound system spanning target identification, list creation, data enrichment, outreach sequencing, and meeting scheduling
- Maintain CRM architecture, data cleanliness, and workflow logic to enable seamless lead progression from acquisition to qualification
- Develop and optimize automated workflows for enrichment, outreach sequencing, lead routing, scoring models, and testing frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and improve criteria for meeting and pipeline qualification
- Conduct systematic tests on messaging, ideal customer profile targeting, and outreach channels to increase conversion efficiency
- Create comprehensive documentation and repeatable processes to ensure operational scalability beyond individual contributors
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to enhance ideal customer profile definitions, market positioning, and feedback integration
- Detect inefficiencies in pipeline creation and design proactive solutions to address them
