About the Role
This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention by designing intuitive, scalable experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces that improve conversion and user engagement
- Collaborate with product managers to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Develop prototypes to test new user flows and feature concepts
- Run A/B tests to validate design hypotheses and measure impact
- Iterate on onboarding experiences to increase activation rates
- Use analytics to uncover friction points in the user journey
- Partner with engineering to implement and refine designs
- Translate business goals into visual and interactive solutions
- Create scalable design systems components for growth features
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
- Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvements
- Design email campaigns and in-app messaging for user re-engagement
- Maintain consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Prioritize design tasks based on potential business impact
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and visuals
- Track design performance using key product metrics
- Incorporate feedback from customer support and sales teams
- Stay updated on industry trends in growth and UX design
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design outputs
