About the Role

You will be responsible for transforming brand vision into impactful, scalable digital experiences by combining art direction, brand design, and UX thinking, with a focus on business outcomes and user journey optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Fully adopt and express the updated brand identity through compelling and unified visual concepts, particularly during key promotional periods.
  • Provide strong art direction that aligns brand expression, performance targets, and user experience.
  • Assist the Brand Design Manager with strategic projects, including shaping the brand’s visual identity and guidelines for the next 3–5 years.
  • Maintain consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to developing, launching, and promoting a comprehensive internal and external brand guide.
  • Apply UX principles and user journey insights when making creative decisions.
  • Design and produce web pages using WordPress or similar no-code platforms, prioritizing clarity, structure, usability, and performance.
  • Prepare well-organized design files (Figma, assets, specifications) to support seamless collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to co-develop and evolve the design system.
  • Independently apply the design system to create digital assets such as landing pages, marketing formats, CRM content, email visuals, e-commerce elements, and social media content.
  • Suggest and deploy automation tools (no-code, templating, AI, workflows) to increase output, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance consistency and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in digital creativity, technology, and AI tools.
  • Manage a high volume of creative deliverables independently across multiple channels including display, social media, CRM, website, OOH/DOOH, and TV.
  • Own your production schedule, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance and approve visuals before publication.
