Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics and illustrations for presentations, videos, motion graphics, brand, social media and more.
- Brainstorm and develop concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define design styles, approach and conceptualization.
- Work hand in hand with animators and illustrators, Content Managers and Scriptwriters.
- Paint by hand and use drawing/design applications to design original graphics.
- Assist with video editing when needed.
- Experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design with a strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating prototypes and wireframes in Figma
- Ensure company branding standards are met in all areas of production operations.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
- Preferred but not essential: Develop videos from beginning to end (illustration, design and animation).
Requirements
- Knowledgeable and proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PPT, After Effects and Premiere
- Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of web design principles, and experience using Figma for creating prototypes, wireframes, and collaborative design projects.
- Passion for digital media and motion graphics design
- Creative illustration abilities
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- Proactive and autonomous, and enjoys and is able to work in teams
- Artistic background with a portfolio
Nice to Have
- Has knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, etc., is preferred but not essential
