TransPerfect is hiring a Graphic and Web Designer to join ContentLabs, its internal creative agency. In this role, you will be vital to corporate and product marketing, executing innovative content creation projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Do
- Design and create graphics and illustrations for presentations, videos, motion graphics, brand assets, and social media.
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define design styles, approaches, and conceptualization.
- Work hand-in-hand with animators, illustrators, Content Managers, and Scriptwriters.
- Paint by hand and use drawing/design applications to design original graphics.
- Assist with video editing when needed.
- Ensure company branding standards are met across all production operations.
- Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions, and file organization.
- Develop videos from beginning to end, including illustration, design, and animation.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PPT, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Demonstrated skill in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of web design principles.
- Experience using Figma for creating prototypes, wireframes, and collaborative design projects.
- Passion for digital media and motion graphics design.
- Creative illustration abilities.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- A proactive, autonomous work style and ability to thrive in team environments.
- An artistic background with a portfolio of work.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
