As a Graduate Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that shape business strategy. Working within the Analytics & Insights team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to answer critical questions, evaluate performance, and support data-informed decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to analytical requests by investigating data trends and delivering clear, actionable findings
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to track key performance metrics
- Support marketing initiatives by analyzing customer acquisition data and measuring return on investment
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess campaign effectiveness using performance data
- Improve reporting processes by clarifying insights and explaining performance drivers to non-technical audiences
- Stay current with evolving data technologies and promote best practices within the team
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in report development and data visualization
- Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex findings to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under tight timelines
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with data and solving real-world business problems
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with online gaming or sports betting environments
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Databricks, Alteryx, or similar data tools
- Exposure to Google Analytics, BigQuery, or other web analytics platforms
