What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries in German, providing clear and effective support.

- Use open-ended questions and available resources to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements
- Native or C1/C2 proficiency in German is required.
- Functional knowledge of English at B2 level or higher.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or client support environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Active listening skills and a genuine sense of empathy.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort using digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules.
