CROSS BORDER TALENTS is hiring a Dutch Customer Support Agent - Turkey based (FULL REMOTE)

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries, delivering clear guidance and timely resolutions
  • Address customer needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience
  • Log customer interactions accurately in the support database for consistency and follow-up
  • Use open-ended questioning and internal resources to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Offer informed suggestions for common concerns and frequently encountered problems

Requirements

  • Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch is required
  • Intermediate English skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
  • Proficiency with computers and digital tools
  • Previous client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
  • High level of empathy and customer focus
  • Reliable time management and organizational habits
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility in a remote environment
