We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist with strong fluency in both French and English to help advance our artificial intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will focus on building, training, and optimizing generative models tailored to multilingual environments, ensuring high-quality outputs across languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune large language models to support bilingual applications
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms
- Conduct linguistic evaluation of model outputs to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in both French and English
- Support the creation of training datasets with balanced representation across languages
- Identify and mitigate biases in generative models, particularly in cross-lingual contexts
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Proven experience in natural language processing and generative AI model development
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with transformer architectures and prompt engineering techniques
- Experience working with multilingual datasets and language-specific preprocessing
