About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, working closely with hiring managers to define needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential candidates using job boards, social platforms, and outreach campaigns
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and role specifics
- Manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
- Schedule and support interview logistics across time zones
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Communicate job details, company culture, and growth opportunities to applicants
- Track time-to-fill and other key hiring metrics
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Represent the employer brand in all candidate interactions
- Coordinate reference checks and background verification steps
- Support onboarding by transferring candidate information to HR teams
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on role requirements and market conditions
- Respond promptly to internal stakeholder inquiries
- Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows
