ASR Group is looking for a General Labourer to join our team in Belleville. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of packaging and mixing equipment. This position starts on a MAD rotation with 8-hour shifts at approximately 40 hours per week, with the potential to transition to an Alternative shift rotation with 12-hour shifts at approximately 36 hours per week based on business requirements.
What You'll Do
- Prepare materials and weigh ingredients for product blending
- Operate mixing equipment and ensure accurate completion of processing steps and quality requirements
- Work as part of a packaging line team operating packing, labeling, and palletizing equipment
- Complete sanitation and good housekeeping activities in the plant
- Maintain all required sampling, documentation, and verification activities for your tasks
- Maintain good housekeeping in your area and follow all Good Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety Policies
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to use hand tools, operate a digital scale with timer, and enter weights into a computer

- Experience in a manufacturing environment or food production environment
