Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline, along with at least three years of accounting experience; alternatively, a combined seven years of higher education and professional experience, with a minimum of three years in accounting or financial operations
- Professional certification as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- Demonstrated background applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in real-world scenarios
- Proven experience implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in financial reporting
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced use of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and accounting-specific software
- Hands-on experience establishing and maintaining financial controls
- High level of attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Ability to assess financial risk and use insights to evaluate processes and guide business decisions
- Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior accounting team members
