About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain precise client account records in compliance with financial standards
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure data integrity
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Assist in preparing financial reports for client portfolios
- Respond to client inquiries related to account balances and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Track and report on key accounting metrics
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Assist with documentation for regulatory and compliance reviews
- Handle account adjustments under supervision
- Provide support during financial audits
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files
- Follow established accounting procedures and controls
- Work with team leads to meet reporting deadlines
- Identify and escalate accounting issues promptly
- Support onboarding of new client accounts
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and training
- Use accounting software and tools efficiently
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards
- Assist in special projects as assigned
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
