About the Role
Design user interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma and Framer, working closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of visual designs.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Translate wireframes into functional Framer websites
- Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Maintain design consistency across platforms and features
- Develop and manage reusable design system components
- Conduct design reviews with stakeholders
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for development
- Work within agile workflows and sprint timelines
- Support handoff to developers with clear specifications
- Document design decisions and version changes
- Optimize user flows for usability and engagement
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
- Integrate animations and micro-interactions in Framer
- Stay updated on design trends and tool advancements
- Balance aesthetic quality with functional needs
- Participate in user research sessions
- Communicate design rationale to non-designers
- Troubleshoot visual issues during implementation
- Assist in onboarding new design team members
- Contribute to brand expression through digital interfaces
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in design
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Use version control practices in design files
- Support marketing and launch campaigns with visuals
Nice to Have
