Everything To Gain is hiring a Fully Remote Figma & Framer Designer to join our design team. You will craft visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences, collaborate with product managers and developers to translate concepts into design prototypes, and ensure user needs and business goals are met.
What You'll Do
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Framer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement user requirements effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Maintain design consistency across various platforms and devices.
- Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma and Framer for UI/UX design.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in creating user-centered designs through research and testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with web and mobile design standards.
