CaptivateIQ is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our International Software Engineering Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software applications.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and deploy scalable fullstack features and services
- Collaborate with team members on design, code review, and architectural decisions
- Contribute to improving code quality, performance, and system reliability
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer across frontend and backend systems
- Strong proficiency in a modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#)
- Experience with web frameworks, relational databases, and REST APIs
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Poland.
