Responsibilities
- Lead product development from concept through deployment and ongoing support
- Take ownership of key projects and ensure timely execution and delivery
- Partner with engineering teams to build reliable and scalable software solutions
- Expand platform capabilities to support more business logic through user-driven configuration
- Improve automation for system scaling, reliability, and deployment processes
- Develop, update, and maintain shared platform libraries and components using AWS, Go, Python, Erlang, and Kafka
- Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and prioritize product needs
- Advance the CloudNative platform by integrating AWS services to improve speed, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Enhance monitoring and observability systems to gain deeper insights into platform performance
- Support the growth of the engineering team by refining development practices and workflows
- Promote ongoing improvements to boost team effectiveness and output
