CI&T is looking for a FullStack Developer to be a protagonist of digital and cultural transformation. In this role, you will lead the adoption of DevSecOps practices for one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil, leveraging autonomy and technical leadership.
What You'll Do
- Apply and evangelize best development and operation practices to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality code, minimizing defect rates and optimizing system performance.
- Work with autonomy in your activities, making well-founded technical decisions and proposing innovative solutions.
- Support and mentor other team members, promoting knowledge dissemination and collective growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Information Technology, with a successful track record in project delivery and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Mastery of the Java programming language, including its best practices, design patterns, and tool ecosystem.
- Solid experience with the Spring Boot framework for developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications.
- Proven, hands-on experience in prompt engineering, with the ability to design and optimize interactions with language models.
- Skill and experience using Generative AI (GenIA) to accelerate activities across the development lifecycle.
Nice to Have
- Experience with relational databases (especially Postgres) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and Redis), including modeling, query optimization, and basic administration.
- Experience designing and implementing systems based on asynchronous interactions, event-driven architectures, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience in component and contract test automation (Contract Testing), ensuring the integrity and compatibility of services in distributed environments.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems in distributed systems, using observability tools, logs, and metrics.
- Experience in the conception, development, and versioning of RESTful APIs, following best practices to ensure scalability, security, and usability.
