About the Role

Creatio is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Customer Support Team. You will develop and maintain the tools and applications that enable our support organization to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications and internal tools for the support team
  • Collaborate with support specialists to identify and solve technical challenges
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer building production applications
  • Strong proficiency across both frontend and backend technologies
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Focus on creating reliable, user-friendly solutions for internal teams

This is a fully remote position based in Poland.
