In this role, you will shape the Business Messaging industry by designing user interfaces and customer journeys that users love, within a fully remote, bootstrapped, and profitable company.
What You'll Do
- Design User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love.
- Apply a strong business problem-solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects and initiatives.
- Prioritize effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80.
- Break down bigger milestones into risk-safe strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress.
What We're Looking For
- State of the art knowledge in designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys.
- Real domain expert down to the roots in UI/UX design.
