We’re building a network of skilled freelance UI Designers to collaborate on diverse digital projects. As part of this group, you’ll be called upon when your expertise aligns with an active initiative, allowing you to contribute to meaningful product development in a flexible, project-based capacity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop clean, functional UI solutions that scale across digital platforms
- Work closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and consultants to define user and business needs
- Translate requirements into polished, user-centered designs using established design systems
- Build reusable interface components that maintain consistency and adaptability
- Present design directions and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and teammates
- Support the evolution of design standards and workflows, especially at the senior level
- Guide junior designers and contribute to team-wide improvements when applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Solid grasp of layout principles, typography, color, and interface patterns
- Minimum of 2 years of professional UI design experience (5+ years for senior roles)
- Proven experience with Figma and other modern design tools
- Portfolio demonstrating work on commercial digital products
- Familiarity with maintaining or building design systems
- Understanding of UX fundamentals and how they shape interface decisions
- Active interest in using AI tools to streamline design workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1 or higher)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments without compromising quality
Preferred Background
- Senior candidates should show leadership in at least three portfolio projects—either as lead designer, team lead, or key contributor
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial, especially for design-development handoff
