We are looking for skilled freelance subtitlers to handle audiovisual trailer content for major streaming platforms. This role involves translating spoken dialogue, creating accurate subtitles, and conducting thorough quality checks to ensure clarity and timing alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate audio content from source languages into your native language
- Create and format subtitles that match the pacing and tone of the original material
- Review translated assets for linguistic accuracy, readability, and technical precision
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in one of the following: Bulgarian, Estonian, Kazakh, Khmer, Latvian, Mongolian, or Serbian
- Proven experience in subtitling or audiovisual translation
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in formatting and timing
This is a remote, project-based position open to applicants worldwide. Work is assigned on a per-project basis, with flexibility to accommodate various time zones.
