Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to salary negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress through our applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment status and candidate feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote operations.
