Position OverviewJoin a national franchise system as a Franchise Business Consultant serving the Boise, ID market. This home-based role focuses on coaching and guiding franchise owners and their teams to meet operational and financial targets while upholding brand standards. You will work directly in the field, traveling regularly within the assigned district to support performance improvement and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multi-year operational strategies across the district, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Create and manage comprehensive district-level business plans that integrate marketing, operations, training, and supply chain initiatives.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to build customized action plans that support both individual and system-wide goals.
- Advise on marketing effectiveness by connecting franchisees with internal teams and external partners to improve campaign performance.
- Support consistent achievement of standards in food safety, service quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and store atmosphere.
- Guide franchisees in strengthening financial outcomes through sound planning and operational efficiency.
- Work with corporate staff to advance development, reinvestment, and renewal efforts for new and existing locations.
- Assist with onboarding and launch activities for new stores as needed.
- Take on special projects assigned by leadership to support broader organizational priorities.
Compensation & Work Model
This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,120 to $116,522 and is eligible for a performance-based bonus. It operates as a home-based, remote field role with regular local travel required. Candidates must be based in or near the Boise, ID area.
