Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through optimization and testing
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go)
- Database Experience: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- API Development: Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable to new technologies and changing environments; quick learner
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, mentor team members, and lead technical projects from conception to completion
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across teams, contributing to a positive team dynamic, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
