About the Role
The engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and scalable backend systems, contributing across the full product lifecycle with a focus on innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop core AI models and integrate them into production systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack
- Collaborate closely with product and research teams to define technical direction
- Optimize model performance and inference speed
- Design and manage data pipelines for training and evaluation
- Implement monitoring tools for model behavior and system health
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable infrastructure
- Work iteratively to validate ideas and ship quickly
- Ensure data privacy and model security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
- Help define best practices for AI development and deployment
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning frameworks
- Support integration of AI features into customer-facing applications
- Assist in defining evaluation metrics for model accuracy and impact
