About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines from concept to deployment

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into applications
- Evaluate new datasets and data sources for model training and validation
- Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for model performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and apply relevant techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model behavior and system performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions for data storage and processing infrastructure
- Ensure models comply with ethical and privacy standards
- Work iteratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Help define engineering best practices for the growing team
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
- Optimize inference pipelines for production environments
- Support deployment automation and CI/CD workflows
- Assist in defining data labeling and annotation processes
- Collaborate on user feedback loops to improve model outputs
- Contribute to technical documentation and system design specs
- Identify and mitigate bias in training data and model predictions
- Work with minimal oversight in a self-directed capacity
- Help evaluate third-party tools and libraries for ML workflows
