Responsibilities
- Engage with clients from initial discovery through implementation, clarifying technical requirements and aligning platform capabilities with client needs.
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, designing and refining custom technical pathways, building tailored connectors, and validating performance rigorously in real-world environments.
- Implement and configure secure, scalable deployments across varied client infrastructures, including cloud networks, on-premise systems, and containerized environments.
- Partner with AI and software engineering teams to incorporate field insights into product improvements, ensuring the platform evolves with customer demands.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system-level challenges in collaboration with client IT teams, driving solutions from identification to resolution.
