- Create automation scripts and integration workflows to streamline deployment and improve system efficiency using tools like Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Deploy and configure data forwarding technologies, ensuring reliable log transmission and troubleshooting issues across customer environments.
- Develop and manage Logstash pipelines and Grok patterns to support accurate parsing and normalization of security events.
- Deliver technical onboarding sessions and provide direct support during implementation phases, guiding customers through platform integration.
- Collaborate with Security Operations and Engineering teams to adapt solutions to specific operational needs, including playbooks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Advise clients on best practices, helping them strengthen their security posture through platform optimization and tailored configurations.
- Document deployment procedures, technical workflows, and operational playbooks to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or DevOps with hands-on experience in data ingestion, normalization, and automation.
- Solid knowledge of security technologies including SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and cloud security platforms.
- Proficiency with Google SecOps, Logstash, and data pipeline tools such as OTEL, Cribl, Bindplane, Databahn, or Abstract.
- Experience scripting in Python, Bash, or similar languages, and working with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, security operations, and incident response processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
