Responsibilities
- Manage precise computation and processing of incentive payouts for the global sales team
- Work with Sales Operations to handle adjustments and retroactive updates to compensation credits
- Examine commission questions, deliver reporting assistance, and resolve intricate payment concerns
- Design and execute process enhancements to simplify, automate, and improve commission workflows
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to uphold and roll out annual worldwide compensation programs
- Produce and maintain documentation ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Assist in internal and external audit efforts related to incentive compensation procedures
- Foster effective collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
