About the Role
The Finance Analyst will work closely with leadership across departments to deliver financial guidance, monitor performance, and improve financial processes within the G&A organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance across departments and identify key trends
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop accurate budgets and forecasts
- Monitor actual spending against budget and provide variance explanations
- Support internal and external audit processes with timely documentation
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
- Track and report on key financial metrics and operational KPIs
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level financial summaries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during planning cycles
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives
- Evaluate cost structures and recommend optimization strategies
- Manage accruals, reclassifications, and journal entries as needed
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for leadership decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational changes affecting finance
- Support organizational transformation projects with financial data
- Enhance reporting tools and dashboards for better visibility
- Promote financial accountability across non-financial departments
