As a Field Service Engineer specializing in software, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Oncology Information Systems (OIS) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) used in cancer care. Your work ensures that medical facilities operate efficiently, reliably, and in alignment with technical and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Install and configure OIS and TPS software within diverse technical environments, following established protocols.
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.
- Train clinical and technical staff on system operation and basic troubleshooting to promote independence.
- Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking, and virtualization to resolve complex software issues.
- Operate safely and professionally, adhering to strict guidelines while supporting customers during and outside standard hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in computer engineering, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least three years of field service experience, ideally in medical technology.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, network infrastructure, and Windows-based systems.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules as customer needs arise.
