You will be responsible for the on-site commissioning, installation, qualification, and maintenance of advanced laboratory weighing systems within the Life Science and industrial sectors. Working directly at customer facilities across the Netherlands, you will ensure equipment operates to the highest technical and regulatory standards, primarily serving clients in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform setup, qualification, and corrective maintenance of lab instrumentation, including high-precision balances
- Generate accurate technical documentation, calibration records, and compliance certificates
- Manage service logistics, including scheduling visits and coordinating spare parts and test equipment
- Support sales initiatives by providing technical expertise during customer engagements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving communication interfaces such as RS232, USB, and TCP/IP
Qualifications
You hold a completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field, with hands-on experience in service engineering—preferably within a regulated environment. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Preferred candidates may hold a "Vakbekwaam Persoon (VP)" NEN 3140 certification or have experience integrating peripheral devices into lab systems. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the Netherlands and occasionally to Germany are required.
Work Environment
