Responsibilities
- Offer expert technical guidance and solutions to clients and colleagues at an advanced level.
- Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance to clients and colleagues, aligning with relevant training and experience.
- Perform corrective, preventive, installation, and field change order tasks on intricate healthcare systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established methods and data.
- Evaluate and implement the most cost-effective repair solutions to reduce customer downtime.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Engineer team in a rotating schedule, offering direct remote support to customers in a 5 by 7 work pattern.

Nice to Have
- HNC (NVQ Level 3 or higher) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in performing corrective and preventive maintenance for Imaging Systems devices and equipment.
- Proficiency in IT/Network diagnosis, system connectivity, and remote service.
