Responsibilities
- Adhere to all internal policies and guidelines set by the department and organization.
- Deliver quarterly evaluations detailing performance and status within the designated service area.
- Accurately record service work, maintain detailed logs, and deliver thorough reports to relevant parties.
- Complete administrative assignments within established deadlines.
- Offer technical assistance to end users and internal staff as needed.
- Lead training programs at company sites, dedicated training locations, and healthcare facilities.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance including inspections, preventive tasks, software upgrades, recalls, field corrections, and system enhancements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on all equipment according to protocols and time requirements.
- Coordinate and execute the delivery and setup of systems and hardware components.
- Demonstrate understanding and adherence to operating room procedures and HIPAA regulations.
- Fulfill all administrative responsibilities such as managing spare parts inventory, submitting field activity reports, processing return authorizations, and submitting expense documentation on time.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of company-issued equipment including tools, calibration kits, vehicles, laptops, tablets, and other assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance organizational objectives, such as supporting sales at events, assisting with sterile processing education, and sharing customer contacts.
- Share insights with headquarters and engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete all mandatory or assigned learning programs, including product-specific training, university courses, and professional growth modules as directed.
- Oversee all responsibilities in the assigned region, including addressing customer needs, managing system configurations, maintaining client relationships, and supporting training and events.

- Proof of vaccination for certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by the company or customers depending on role and location.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Must live within approximately 30 miles of the assigned territory or designated area to meet operational demands.
- Must be available to work flexible, second, or alternative shifts as assigned.
- Must have a clean driving history.
- Must be able to secure and retain vendor credentialing for access to hospital operating rooms.
- Must comply with all vaccination mandates tied to vendor credentialing processes.
