Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of the industry landscape, organizational structure, product portfolio, available tools, and team dynamics
- Collaborate with experienced leadership and contribute to critical initiatives to ensure customer installations meet both client and organizational standards
- Deliver high-quality technical training and ongoing support to clients using company products
- Keep accurate customer service records and internal documentation up to date, resolving technical issues efficiently to ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Build business acumen by supporting cross-functional objectives, identifying growth potential, and showcasing innovative solutions and new market offerings to clients

- Frequent travel required within Switzerland and Europe (up to 90%, with 80% focused on DACH region and 10% elsewhere in Europe), including overnight stays (up to 50%) as necessary

- Field Application Specialists work autonomously within assigned territories while collaborating as part of a unified team to exchange best practices and access technical expertise
