Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales leadership for interconnect products targeting hyperscale data centers, original equipment manufacturers, and high-performance computing ecosystems.
- Lead laboratory setup, troubleshooting, cross-vendor compatibility testing, system configuration, and performance validation activities.
- Convert customer infrastructure designs and technical needs into actionable product requirements and strategic planning inputs.
- Assist in pricing evaluations, technical documentation, marketing assets, regulatory compliance materials, and solution customization.
- Collaborate with business development and client teams to guide complex design wins from initial assessment through volume deployment.
- Act as the main technical contact for proof-of-concept initiatives, interoperability testing, compliance certification, and early-stage rollouts.
- Conduct technical training sessions, product demonstrations, system architecture reviews, and executive-level briefings.
- Supply insights on competitive offerings, industry shifts, and advancements in silicon and optical technologies to shape product lifecycle planning.
- Support post-sale technical issue resolution by coordinating with research, development, and quality assurance teams during ramp-up phases.
- Represent customer needs while aligning with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business objectives.
