About the Role
This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining technical systems for government customers in the field, ensuring reliable and secure operations through hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure secure communication systems at federal sites
- Perform on-site testing and validation of technical solutions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in real time
- Collaborate with government personnel to understand operational needs
- Provide technical support during system integration and upgrades
- Document configurations, changes, and system performance
- Ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards
- Respond to service requests and system outages as needed
- Support large-scale deployments across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment status
- Work independently in remote environments with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Follow safety protocols during field operations
- Adapt to changing mission requirements and deployment timelines
- Support training for end users on new systems and features
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting federal or defense clients
- Certifications in networking or IT systems
