What You'll Do
- Define and implement an end-to-end ETL test strategy for data validation and reconciliation.
- Perform source-to-target data validation using complex SQL queries.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for ETL and data testing.
- Develop and maintain Selenium-based UI automation scripts for dashboard and report validation.
- Automate regression suites, data reconciliation checks, and repetitive validation scenarios.
- Validate data transformations, aggregations, and business rules across systems.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Analyze, identify, and track data defects; collaborate closely with development teams for resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to junior QA members and contribute to quality improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL and data testing.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation.
- Proficiency in Python for automation development.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation.
- Solid understanding of ETL architecture, data flows, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
- Exposure to API testing and backend validation.
- Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
