Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operations across multiple technology platforms.
- Track and manage service level objectives, indicators, and error budgets.
- Engage in incident management and post-event reviews, supporting root cause identification and corrective actions.
- Build automated solutions for operational workflows, incident handling, and compliance requirements.

- Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and BigPanda.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform and integrate with GitHub Actions.
- Assist in managing and integrating Kong API Gateway and Snowflake data platform.
- Apply ITIL frameworks for handling incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing, reporting, and automating operational workflows.
- Keep operational runbooks up to date and ensure disaster recovery preparedness.
- Analyze system performance and optimize for cost efficiency.
- Support compliance efforts and readiness for audits.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate reliability practices into development.
- Share technical expertise through documentation and training sessions.
- Take part in global site reliability engineering programs and cross-regional teamwork.
