About the Role
Develop and maintain full-stack applications that power billing, subscriptions, and customer-facing revenue features, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting subscription and payment systems
- Develop frontend components for customer account and billing interfaces
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements for revenue features
- Ensure high availability and scalability of revenue-critical systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Work with monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect system issues
- Optimize application performance and response times
- Support secure handling of financial and customer data
- Contribute to documentation for systems and workflows
- Engage in cross-team initiatives to align on architecture and standards
- Iterate on features based on user feedback and product metrics
- Implement automated testing to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Participate in on-call rotations for system support
- Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends
- Help refine development processes and tooling
