About the Role
The role involves identifying and resolving advanced technical problems discovered through product analysis and system evaluation, with a focus on supporting current and future AIPU product releases throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for AIPU product lines in collaboration with senior engineering staff
- Act as a technical escalation point for intricate issues involving AI software, drivers, and operating system layers
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems tied to AIPU products, including firmware upgrades and new feature deployments
- Investigate system logs, performance data, and user feedback to determine root causes of failures
- Work with engineering teams to confirm defects, suggest corrective actions, and assist in resolution planning
- Keep detailed records of incidents, solutions applied, and documented known issues
- Deliver expert input to enhance knowledge repositories, operational procedures, and support processes
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements using analysis of field data and customer feedback patterns
- Support validation and testing of software patches, updates, and new functionality implementations
- Explain technical details clearly to both technical teams and non-technical audiences
