Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling email designs and digital assets aligned with each client's brand identity
- Develop graphics for email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Ensure all email content is optimized for mobile devices, accessible to all users, and performs well across platforms
- Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all marketing materials for multiple clients
- Build and deploy email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors and advanced email platforms
- Design and manage automated email sequences for customer lifecycle, retention, and promotional initiatives in B2B contexts
- Track and analyze key email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe trends
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, email layouts, content variations, and send times to optimize performance
- Support email deliverability by maintaining list hygiene and adhering to legal standards such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in email marketing, ideally within B2B or eCommerce sectors
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Hands-on experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable automation systems
- Demonstrated graphic design abilities with a portfolio showcasing past email campaign work
- Knowledge of responsive email design principles and familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- Awareness of email compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Meticulous attention to detail, basic copywriting sense, and a collaborative work approach

- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms beyond core email tools
- Background in writing or editing subject lines, calls to action, and email body text
- Exposure to AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini for content ideation or optimization
