Mindrift is looking for an Electrical Engineer with Python Experience to join as a Freelance AI Trainer. In this role, you’ll apply your engineering expertise to improve Generative AI models, helping them handle specialized questions and complex reasoning in your field.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI systems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI answers.
- Correct model responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
- Create training prompts and refine model responses to help shape future AI.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Engineering or relevant area.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Advanced (C1) or above English level.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly computationally intensive ones.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- Laptop, internet connection, and available time.
