Qualifications
Candidates should bring over 10 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations within a high-value B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment. You must have direct experience architecting sales compensation plans—not just administering them—and leading trusted forecasting processes. Experience working across multi-brand or segmented sales organizations is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required, with proven ability to turn complex data into clear business insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is expected. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
