Responsibilities
- Own Partner Performance & Revenue Outcomes
- Lead implementation, product integration, and partner marketing initiatives that deliver a frictionless customer experience and unlock growth.
- Proactively surface and address execution risks, ensuring each touchpoint is tuned for performance and impact.
- Coach and support partners to fulfill their commitments, invest in growth, and go to market effectively.
- Define and monitor KPIs, run regular partner business reviews, and proactively identify levers to grow, retain, and expand customer value.
- Operate with a GM mindset
- Lead internal execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and CX.
- Turn partner goals and commitments into clear operating plans, identifying tradeoffs, resolving blockers, and escalating where needed.
- Bring urgency and ownership to every phase—from launch planning and onboarding to scaling and optimization.
- Shape Strategic Direction
- Shape the strategy for how we structure, implement, and scale high-impact Consumer partnerships—grounded in what drives results.
- Inform new deal structures with executional insight to ensure long-term success.
- Distill learnings to influence future roadmap priorities and help identify the highest-leverage partner opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, go‑to‑market operations, or related roles at a high‑growth consumer or product-led SaaS company.
- Proven track record owning high-visibility, revenue-impacting partnerships from launch through scale.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills; you can drive Product, Engineering, and Marketing toward shared outcomes.
- Executive-level communication and influence, internally and externally.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for clarity, momentum, and results.
